By using any Laive Agency service, you declare that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy; (b) you have legal capacity to enter into contracts; (c) you agree to be bound by these Terms; and (d) the information you provide is true and up to date.
3.1 Financial Planning: personalized plans, goal setting, and strategies for wealth growth.
3.2 Wealth Management: strategic management and protection, including asset diversification.
3.3 Investment Advisory: guidance on investment opportunities, risk and return analysis.
3.4 Financial Education: programs, workshops, and educational content on personal finance and investments.
4.1 Prior Express Written Consent (TCPA): WhatsApp messages are sent exclusively upon the User's prior express written consent, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227).
4.2 Message Types: meeting reminders, service confirmations, informational campaigns, and financial product promotions.
4.3 Opt-out: reply "STOP" to any message for immediate cancellation. You will receive one final confirmation message. Our CRM processes opt-out requests officially and immediately. You may also contact [email protected].
4.4 Compliance: our use of the WhatsApp Business API complies with WhatsApp's Acceptable Use Policy, Meta Platforms, Inc. guidelines, and the US TCPA.
5.1 Prior Express Written Consent (TCPA): phone numbers are collected exclusively from clients who voluntarily provided their data through official Laive Agency channels and provided prior express written consent to SMS communications, as required by the TCPA (47 U.S.C. § 227).
5.2 Exclusive Use: numbers are used solely for Laive Agency service-related communications and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5.3 SMS Types: meeting reminders, appointment confirmations, service notifications, and campaigns (when specifically consented to).
5.4 Message Frequency & Rates: you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
5.5 Opt-out: reply STOP to any SMS for immediate cancellation. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance. Our CRM processes opt-out requests officially and immediately.
The User agrees to: (a) provide true and complete information; (b) keep contact details updated; (c) use services ethically and legally; (d) not share access credentials; and (e) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their data.
Laive Agency commits to: (a) delivering services with diligence and professional ethics; (b) processing personal data in compliance with applicable US laws, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act; (c) maintaining client information confidentiality; (d) sending WhatsApp and SMS communications only within the scope of obtained consent; and (e) processing opt-out requests immediately and officially.
Clients' financial and personal information is strictly confidential. Laive Agency will not disclose such information to third parties without express authorization, except as required by law. This obligation persists after the end of the contractual relationship.
Laive Agency provides advisory services based on available information. We do not guarantee specific investment results, as financial markets are subject to inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the value of services effectively rendered, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
All Laive Agency content — texts, images, logos, methodologies, and educational materials — is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction or commercial use without prior express authorization is prohibited.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of services after notification implies acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) for California residents. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Florida, USA.
